The FIA Motorsport Games took place for the first time this weekend on the Italian Vallellunga circuit.
Russia was represented in 6 disciplines by SMP Racing drivers Denis Bulatov and Pavel Bulantsev (classes GT Cup and Formula 4 Cup), SMP RCRS driver Klim Gavrilov (Touring Car Cup), as well as Rinat Salikhov (GT Cup), Ilya Fedorov (Drifting Cup), Olesya Vashchuk and Vladislav Bushuev (Karting Slalom Cup) and SMP Racing Esports driver Vasily Anufriev (Digital Cup).
According to the results of the FIA Motorsport Games’ overall standings, Russian drivers were victorious with three medals: a gold medal in the Touring class and a bronze medal in the Drifting Cup as well as a bronze medal in the Karting Slalom Cup classes. The rivals of the Russians at the FIA Motorsports Games were national teams from 50 countries.
