“On the first day of tests, I was getting familiar with a new car for me, it is noticeably different from the Formula 4 car,” SMP Racing junior driver Irina Sidorkova said. “It has more downforce, more power, a different size of tyres and in general this car requires more confidence, because it allows you to maintain high speed while driving in turns. On the second day, we were analyzing our mistakes, worked on how correctly to brake and push the gas pedal. On the third day, we tried to put everything together to get the best possible result and the fastest lap time. In general, everyone was satisfied -drivers, engineers and the organizers of the W Series. I am still very impressed with the number of new acquaintances. I was glad to meet other talented girls who took part in the tests - we got on very well together. Experienced drivers also attended the tests and were always ready to give advice and suggest what we should do and how to achieve it. Now we will wait for the test results, I hope they will be good."
